Lots of words!

Avi has frequently been saying "adda" or "awwa" (water) when he sees or points to: the tub, pool, pond, lake, shower, and even the rain! But today he finally said it and pointed to a glass of water! Finally! So maybe he'll now ask for water instead of screaming and crying while pointing at it?

Ahhh, we can only hope.

He also said "miaow" yesterday, while playing with his kitty bath toy. And today, he said "dirty" when his daddy asked him if his diaper was dirty! (Yes, it was very, very dirty...)

Lately, he's also been giving us a very cute response when we hide something he's been playing with. He'll shrug his shoulders and say "Ah-duh?" (All done?) This is a BIG deal! Normally, he will tantrum if we take something away. But now, he'll do this instead almost half the time! That's a big step towards communicating with words, instead of screaming in frustration!

He's a smart boy, this one is. Today we went to the park and played in the rain and mud. He spent ages throwing a rock around. (This is probably not a great thing, eh?) And he's climbing up on the equipment on his own now. How can such a bruiser be so smart and talkative at the same time? He's so big and strong, and he's saying so many words- and imitating us in what we say and do all day long! Time to watch our mouths...
