Chatter Box!

Avi is now clearly shouting a whole bunch of consonants out! It started this past weekend, when his typical shrieks and gurgles morphed into DADADA BABABA GAGAGA WAWAWA DA-DEEE (yes we're very close to saying "Daddy!") DEEE-DUUU BUHBUHBUHBUH...

...ok you get the idea! He says more and more each day. So far, he only comes close to "Mama" when he's very upset. Here's an excerpt of a typical conversation:

Avi: GAAAAAAAAAA! (Translated: Give me that bottle before I pitch a fit!)

Mommy: Hold on one minute, sweetie. We're almost ready!

Avi: GAAA! GAA! DADADADUH! MMMMMAAAA! (Translated: Give it to me now, because seriously mom I'm ready for a major fit!)

Mommy: Here we go. Let's just sit down so I can give you your bottle-

Avi : (Cutting in.) MMMMMMMAAAAAAAAAGAAAAAAAAMFFF! (Grabbing bottle and stuffing it into his mouth.)
